Blanca Lleó studied architecture at the Higher Technical School of Architecture in Madrid, where she graduated as an architect. He received his doctorate in Architecture from the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid in 1996, with the title of his thesis being: “The house, a dream of living in the modern project, an unfinished project”, for which he received the Extraordinary Thesis Prize. Doctorate from the Polytechnic University of Madrid 1995-1996, and in 1997 the first Prize I Competition for Doctoral Theses in Architecture of the Caja de Arquitectos Foundation. .
MVRDV is an Architecture and Urban Planning office founded in Rotterdam in 1993. The word is formed from the initials of the surnames of its founders Winy Maas, Jacob van Rijs and Nathalie de Vries. MVRDV produces designs and studies in the fields of architecture, urban planning and landscape design. Their early projects, such as the headquarters of the Dutch public broadcaster VPRO and the WoZoCo housing for the elderly in Amsterdam, brought them international recognition.
